All services offered, including but not limited to microblading, shading, combination brows, lip blush, eyeliner, lash extensions, brow lamination, and lash lifts, are cosmetic procedures. Results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to receiving services. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a procedure may not be safe or suitable for the client.

By booking any service or training with MEJORÍOBYMG, clients acknowledge they have read and understood the risks, and consent to proceed at their own discretion. Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed for best results and to avoid complications.

MEJORÍOBYMG is not liable for any adverse reactions, dissatisfaction, or complications resulting from the services provided, especially if aftercare guidelines are not followed.

Terms & Conditions 

1. Appointments & Booking

  • All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your slot. This amount will be applied toward your final payment.

  • Booking fees are non-transferable to another person or date without proper notice (see cancellation policy).

  • Clients must be 18 years or older for all semi-permanent makeup services.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

3. Refund Policy

  • All services and training courses are non-refundable.

  • Results of semi-permanent makeup treatments vary by skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. No guarantees are made regarding outcome.

  • If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your concerns.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies prior to treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment may not be safe for you.

  • For safety and hygiene, no guests, children, or pets are allowed in the treatment area.

5. Training Courses

  • Course bookings also require a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the first day of training.

  • Live model practice is part of the course and must be completed under trainer supervision.

  • Certificates are awarded upon successful completion and demonstration of skill.

  • All training materials and techniques are for personal learning use only and may not be copied or redistributed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, photos, videos, and training materials are the property of MEJORÍOBYMG and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Liability

  • SPMU by MG is not responsible for any adverse effects, dissatisfaction, or complications resulting from services or failure to follow pre-/post-care instructions.

  • By booking with us, you agree to proceed at your own risk and release MEJORÍOBYMG and its staff from all liability.
