MEJORÍOBYMG – Semi-Permanent Makeup & Training Studio

At SPMU by MG, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and professional training. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Services (Treatments)

  • All payments for services, including booking fees and full treatment costs, are non-refundable.

  • Booking fees secure your appointment and are non-transferable, unless you reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Due to the nature of cosmetic treatments, results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the results.

  • Touch-up sessions are not included unless stated at the time of booking and are charged separately.

2. Training Courses

  • All course deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend a booked training session, you must inform us at least 7 days in advance to reschedule (subject to availability).

  • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 7 days) will result in forfeiture of all payments.

  • Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Product Sales (if applicable)

  • Products purchased at the studio or online are non-refundable once opened or used.

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days for a possible replacement or exchange.
